Jovana Stojkovska Birtanovska

Jovana has been working as a public servant in the European Commission since 2012. In the last two years, she has been leading a small team in DG Communication responsible for producing EU publications aimed at the wider public. 

At the moment, she is also pursuing an MPA (Masters of Public Administration) degree at the University of Birmingham. As part of her dissertation, she is currently conducting a research study on the accessibility and inclusivity of public sector communication, investigating the perceptions of citizens about select EU publications.
